1. About Emoash

Emoash is a UK-based ecommerce brand offering custom-made apparel, prints, and keepsakes. All products are made to order using print-on-demand technology through our fulfilment partners.

2. Orders & Production

  • All products are printed and produced on demand

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase

  • After this time, production begins and orders cannot be modified or cancelled

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (size, address, customisation text) are correct at checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in local currencies based on your location

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify-approved payment providers

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • Any pricing or listing errors may be corrected at our discretion

VAT or other taxes are included where applicable based on customer location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide

  • Fulfilment time: 2–7 business days

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days after fulfilment

  • International: 5–15 business days after fulfilment

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather, or other factors outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom made, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

We offer a replacement or refund if:

  • An item arrives damaged or defective

  • There is a production or printing error

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Product Representation

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Product dimensions and placement may vary slightly due to the print process These variations do not qualify as defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, and images, is the intellectual property of Emoash. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Emoash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions, or carrier delays.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
