Yes! Every Emoash item is made just for you. We work with carefully selected print and fulfillment partners who produce your items after you place your order. This reduces waste and ensures your order is made with care.

You can request a cancellation or change within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, production starts and we can no longer make changes.

Each product has a size guide on its page. We recommend checking it carefully before ordering, as made-to-order items can’t be exchanged due to size issues.

Many of our products feature personal, heartfelt designs. Some items may allow you to add names, dates, or messages. If an item is customisable, you’ll see a personalisation box before adding it to cart.

Our fulfillment partners have production centers in the UK and EU. Your order is printed and shipped from the location nearest to you for faster and more sustainable delivery.

We work with print-on-demand partners to reduce waste, only producing items when they’re ordered. We also choose partners with eco-conscious printing and packaging where possible.

We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled through our global print-on-demand partners, allowing us to deliver to the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and many other international destinations. If shipping is available to your location, it will appear automatically at checkout.

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days (depending on destination)

We do not add hidden fees.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Because our products are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a fault or error. Please double-check size and details before ordering.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
